Hi KillerK,
At Paxum we require all submitted verification documentation to be in full color, high quality with the margins/borders visible. The document must be uncropped and untouched in any way.
Clients may feel free to add a watermark to the external sections of their submitted ID, however no watermark should cross any characters (or marks, etc) on the actual document itself.
When it comes to KYC, Paxum uses the strongest verification system possible, even though this can sometimes irritate customers whose documents aren't fully in order/compliant. By adhering to such stringent methods we significantly reduce fraudulent accounts through our system. This is of benefit to ALL our customers.
As with any service like Paxum, each individual client has the right to comply with our requirements, or to choose not to. As per Paxum's rules and requirements, we will only allow verified Paxum clients to fully use their accounts.
I hope this clears up any confusion you may have about our verification document requirements. Please feel free to contact me directly should you have any further questions or require any assistance with your account.
Ruth
