Sorry. The TGP script that I used 8 years ago pulled thumbs from the gallery. I clicked on a few broken images and got galleries that had all their thumbs.
Seems to me that you're either using a shitty script or you just don't have a clue how to set it up properly.
Just from looking at your site, I'd say User Error is more than likely the issue. Not a problem on the sponsors end.
