I live in California and Thiers a guy who drives around young kids to steal local photographers equipment. They stole all my equipment the kids ran off and the guy picked up the kids with my equipment and later sold it.

The cops detained the adult who drives the kids around and released him because he was no longer in possession of my equipment. Naturally I hate the guy and I don't want him anywhere near me. He keeps coming to my work and threatens me and shines lasers in my eyes trying to blind me. He's mad that I went to the cops and that he has a reputation now for stealing. He sends me threats in text messages and everything. I try to ignore the guy but when he drives by gets out and shines shit in my eyes i call the cops.

The cops don't do jack shit even when I showed them the threats hes been sending me in text messages. They told me they would arrest me because hes accusing me of shit trying to tern the tables on me by lying.

What the hell do I do the cops wont do anything about it and hes damaging my eyes with the laser?
