According to her twitter account, Lara Roxx is the stage name of a Montreal ex porn actress who is now an HIV activist and is the subject of the recently released documentary film InsideLaraRoxx by Mia Donovan.
I found this (but I don't see how being associated with Lara Roxx is negatively impacting Dugmor, or causing him to go into hiding):
