And yet it is still true, people will sue for just about any reason in society today. This is pretty funny. Although, if a contract exists stating that such activity would take place given the anticipated exposure resulting from such documented marketing attempts maybe he is right. I'm no lawyer but this is gonna be a tough one imo.
