I just got off the phone with Gerard.. and I honestly hope you can stop defending yourself and start taking some of the advice to heart. You clearly don't have any room for defense and you're just embarrassing yourself.
You should learn from all the major brands out there that have had PR nightmares - accept responsibility and make a change.

CT Again I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I'm not attempting to defend anything here other than the facts, and that I am sorry to see you go. As with any successful business out there we do not enjoy losing any client. Regardless, I do not think under the circumstances are you warranted in attacking me personally, being hostile and verbally abusive with my staff, questioning my character, and accusing me of using fake nicks. There are MANY existing clients that have GREAT things to say about Webair on their own accord as you can see.
We looked into your specific issues (past and present), and discussed them internally. Rest Assured, we will take what we can from this experience, go forward, and be all the better for it. I suggest you do the same. Again if you need anything from us on the way out we are happy to help you.
This will be my last reply to you on this forum.
All the best.
