Thanks for summing up one of many recent incidents, but that is hardly the reason I am making a move. I've said this several times, and I will say it again: it has nothing to do with what happens and everything to do with how you handle it. I haven't had time to dig through everything, but perhaps I can post a few more examples later.

I just got off the phone with Gerard.. and I honestly hope you can stop defending yourself and start taking some of the advice to heart. You clearly don't have any room for defense and you're just embarrassing yourself.

You should learn from all the major brands out there that have had PR nightmares - accept responsibility and make a change.
