I've been with them for ~5 years and making a move with my current infrastructure is not as easy as migrating a shared plan... so this was not an easy decision.
I haven't been on GFY in forever and simply started the thread to get feedback from everyone since I've really seen their support fall to the ground lately even with the simplest of tasks/issues.
Again, I find it ironic that you are having great experiences with webair and also flying their banner in your sig. Meanwhile, I can't get them to give me the access I need or even return my calls in a timely manner. I think I'm going on 5 days now and still don't have the access I need to all of my servers.
Just wait until something does come up and you are losing thousands of dollars. You just might suddenly understand exactly where I am coming from.
It has nothing to do with the actual problem and everything to do with how they handle it.
