A year ago I ordered a VPS from you guys to test the waters with your company. After paying for it a week went by without receiving any login info letting me know the server was ready, my emails were ignored and at the same time I saw you in here marketing your latest specials. Finally I emailed to cancel and then I receive a response telling me the account was setup. Ok fine I thought. One of the first things I always do with new hosts is to check the IP's to make sure they are not blacklisted, sure as shit every IP I was assigned was blacklisted so I sent a support ticket explaining I needed new IP's and of course that was ignored. The last thing I would do is place my sites with a company who pulls shit like that the first week I'm with them so I canceled and of course I get a response with the 'no refund' bs. So I'm wondering, did you enjoy the $70 you basically stole from me? I mean at least tell me it went to feeding your poor grandma or something.
