I will take it for $35 if I get the site with the DB.

I will have to spend a day or so to delete 85% of the users posting stolen content and remove all of the pirated content. Which means most of that traffic will be gone between removing illegal content and deleting those people using forum spam bots to post orion and other file sharing affiliate links and stuff.
