5) Bank then files a lawsuit to get a judgement and because you're retarded and irresponsible, they were granted a default judgement against you, whereas all you had to do was type a response and file it with the clear to avoid that.
... an obvious and predictable end because you forced the situation and left them with no option.
6) You spend the rest of your miserable life ranting and raving against the people who loaned you money.
7) Tax payers (and ironically, the lender you blame) will continue to subsidize your idiocy through their tax dollars.
8) The world keeps turning.
9) You won't be remembered when you're gone and a new loser will be living in your trailer telling the same or similar tales of woe and taking zero responsibility for his irresponsibility, decisions, choices and actions and sadly, he will be neglecting your trees.

Em see above. Cant settle when you can barely feed yourself and the elec company and the folks in this biz come first. I had loans in this biz. They come first. They were paid back.

This is where you are off. No default yet. It costs $300 to file a response (answer). Do NOT have the money to even file an answer when I would lose anyhow. I def owe them. Why spend $300 if I had it laying around for nothing?

Who is miserable. I seem pretty happy for a huy getting sued. Um Yeah I think CCs and 20+ % are the scum of this country. But yeah technically I agreed to borrow it. You have me tthere. But they are still scum to take advantage of the working poor. I was not aware how HARD it is to pay them back at 20+ %.
