The car was owned by Neil Armstrong, the first person to ever set foot on the moon. This is one of the most important events in history for both the US and the world in the past 100 years. Combine this with the fact that it rolls into history of the US space program and Chevrolet history with the US astronaut... Make's it's value worth much more than the average car.
