Trust me, having the same problem for most of my life. You know, the horrible student, zero focus ability, and then later depression. The only way I cured it and truly change my life was through a ALL natural diet. This means NO refined foods or liquids especially dairy products. If you're lucky, some ADD sufferers are merely allergic to types of refined foods, especially food coloring.

It's tough to go all natural, but was fortunate enough to have the medical insurance needed and lived in an area with world renown treatment centers for people with the variants of ADD and depression.

Stattera- is a far better drug as it's NOT a stimulant. It's incredibly expensive, but with a plan a much better workable recovery. This drug will NOT fuck with your sleeping pattern, the main side effect of Adderall. Not having a set sleeping patten eventually leads to OCD, depression, and then of course, antidepressants.

By having the right diet and medical plan truly changed all in my life. In 2006 went all natural, lost 70lbs, quit drinking, later smoking, and well, made more money in the last 6 years then the previous 20.
