It's in deed in infection of your computer with some virus like program. Do a search for a file names "Hosts" on your computer (no extention), once you found it simply delete it. Some virus check programs use it (older ones), so if you're running one of those open the file in notepad and edit out all stuff that doesn't have anything to do with your anti-virus program (easy enough to filter that out). After that, reboot your machine
