As you can see, there is http://www.professionalautoblogs.com/ on the 2nd position. So what's exactly Google considers as a high quality website.

All SEO forums are full of stories about white hand-written sites slapped by Penguin. On the other hand the spammy doorways got higher positions. Seems there are many guys who will make a bank on the recent Google engine "improvement".
