I would say it depends more on where your traffic is coming from. PPL only accepts US/CA/UK/IR/AUS/NZ traffic, and all other traffic gets routed to revshare and other offers. My suggestion would be to start off with PPL and see how it converts your traffic from those six regions. If you're happy with your overall earnings per click on PPL, then stay with it, as you'll also earn some revshare on all non accepted PPL traffic.
