I understand that the lates Panda/Penguin update has affected SEPRs but what does it have to do with ratios?

Traffic to the network is the same and so are most of the SERPs but this last week has been ridiculous. Hits to sponsors are also the same as they were. My network sales ratio is 0:8.5k and 2 weeks ago it was at 1:1800 for Raw hits to sponsors according to nifty stats.

On of my top sponsor ratios was 1:800 3 weeks ago and last week it was 0:17k Did this Panda update affect credit card processing or what??
