The level of support you get -- and the knowledge of the staff -- should be your first concern when searching for a server - not how many cores it has ... or how many gigahertz ... or megabytes ... or grapple gromets ... or philbert flanges ....
All of this is a rather moot point if your server is offline

No doubt. If you haven't got a clue what your doing with the software then you need a managed host.
Oh and it's 19% cheaper if you live outside of the EU.
