I suggest you create a plug campaign at plugrush with some hot thumbnails that attracts a lot of clicks. This will give you a high click through ratio which will enable you to set a low price per click, and get a lot of value for your money.
Our traffic does great with webcam sites, but be sure to have an enticing landingpage. There is a lot of competition in the cam industry these days...
