OK "Traffic" first... doesn't every one say how shit buying traffic is ? If you had good traffic would you sell it... how many times do I see people post that they spent a bunch on massive amounts of traffic and got zero results... no offense to Choker... but I used them before and real bad results... even though the lesson I learnt there is their traffic is probably best for free sites than linking it direct to a paysite...
We really dont need to buy "equipement" we have all we need on that front
