In terms of investments... GET OUT OF THE STOCK MARKET.. it is a casino, based upon the whims of a few Wizards at the Federal Reserve.
If you want to SAVE your money, SAVE it in GOLD, or silver. Personally I favor silver at this time because it is INSANELY undervalued. But let me remind you, only take DELIVERY of physical. Get your money out of the "ELECTRONIC" form and into tangible, liquid assets. Silver, gold, platinum palladium.
If you want more info on this stuff msg me but the most straightforward site I've found to examine the market is comparesilverprices.com
Just try to stay healthy, and remind yourself that no matter how much you save and invest.... a debilitating medical condition can not only wipe that all away, but also leave you bankrupt. Your health is #1. It seems clearly that this girl does not at the time have the capacity to adapt to your needs for a female helper.... and it is causing you undue strain. Stress is a silent, but deadly killer.
Cheer up mate, the world is your playground.

Yeah. To hell with stress. If I had a portfolio, it'd include hard silver, for sure. Fuck gold - I have to pay for it in USD - and I believe that the price in USD could go way down for awhile. In the end the USD price of gold will not matter, because one ounce of gold will be wort an infinite amount of dollars (already is, really.)
Putting my health first is GREAT advice. When my ex left I didn't eat or sleep maybe literally one time per week. I was always driving. Or in a casino. Or somewhere having a blowjob. Or driving some more. Or playing poker. Coffee and cigarettes constantly. I could have given myself a stroke and then where would I be. To top it all off I managed to pick up a case due to the frustration of it all.
