I've been browsing their forums and most of the complaints are from people that have links farms on their page, malware warnings, linking to programs over and over through posts, rss fed blogs, sites that just look like spamming pieces of crap, way to many advertisements, keyword stuffing, etc etc. Looks to me like only about 10% or less of the complaints are from people with legitimate sites, the rest deserved lower rankings.
