Well i can answer theses one :

A : Firstly, Punish Tube and SexeViolent are cobrands for 2 seperate companies. Therefore, they don't have the same billing, same offers, etc.
As for the payouts, its all about the quality of the leads each offer generates. In the case of SexeViolent, the site was translated into French and we are only qualifying native French speaking traffic (any other GEO will be redirected to an english landing page) which leads to a much higher per-member value which justifies a higher payout. The payout price is set by the value of the leads vs the ratio of sign ups. For example, a $30 PPS is sometimes better than a $200 PPS if the ratios are better. NB. Sexe violent traffic will be redirected to Punish Tube if the traffic is not from France (+ Belgium, Monaco, Seychelles,Polynesia) ..

Q : Why does cumlouder only accept signups from spain and Andora? I see people from any other countries can signup for that site plus when I enter that site I do not get redirected and I am not from Spain/Andora. Mistake maybe?
A: Cumlouder will accept and bill almost any Tier1 or Tier2 countries (like most sponsors offering PPS do.)
In fact, if you want to try, countries like Italy and other native Spanish speaking countries are doing not too bad. However, the site's main market is Spain. What may have lead to some confusion is we wrote "accepted countries" on our site, but "recommended countries" would have been more precise for this offer.
