I wouldn't spend it. My feeling is that it would just be a waste. I say this because you don't quite know what to spend it on. If you have a good system in place that you knew produced results and was profitable, that is where you should invest the money. Until you have a system like that, save your marketing money and instead spend some time learning and testing out various promotional ideas that you may have. You'll find one that works, then you can scale.
