To say it is music is just plain ignorant. Making music takes talent. Talking in a rhythmic manner to computer-generated thumping and sampling from actual music does not take talent, therefore rap is not music. Why is this concept so hard for you to grasp?
You like rap. That's fantastic. Just don't call it music. To do so degrades centuries of actual music.
