I need a virtual host for whatstheirip.com, the site basically lets you send a friendly looking link to someone and emails you their ip when they open the link. Hostgator took it down a few months ago and I never really got it back up but the youtube video

I need a virtual host that doesn't mind this type of website and has phpmyadmin and allows php sendmail. Preferably for under $10 a month since the website is free. Please spam away.
