hey boys and girls.

I searching for a web designer who can make me a mainstream design. Its going to be a site/"portal" for mostly teens and young adults.
frontpage, subpage with editable boxes and a full profile page needed.

Design need to have a wow effect to visitors and still enjoyable to users.

My budget is max $550... yes its not that much.. but im a student for the moment so im not swimming in cash.
