if somebody's using CCBILL's cascading billing with Epoch or SegPay you would see this in the source code, this is from my own join page where i do use CCBILL's cascade feature
cascadeID is '5912' - Epoch first, CCBILL second
cascadeID is '5911' - CCBILL first, Epoch second
