Boehner has put forth a budget every year. The majority democrats, who are required by law to do so, haven't. That's why deductions were different the first half of 2010 than the last half, because they've yet to manage an annual budget. They CHOSE not to pass a budget when they controlled both houses because that would mean writing down in black and white just how basly they were fucking up. Look, you can be a huge fan of Kennedy or even Clinton and that makes some kind of sense, just as most people really liked Reagan. But to say that Bush II or especially Obama weren't failures is simply denying the obvious reality.
