That one looks busy to me as well. My eyes are fighting for what to look at when they should be directed to the most important part.
Honestly, the best thing you can do is test each and every one of them with a decent amount of traffic, at least enough to make a valid test. Many times the page, ad, form, or whatever that I thought was the best, wasn't the best.
