Yes, six months before running he said it woulda be "irresponsible" for him to run because "I believe in knowing what you'rw doing when you apply for a job." Remember he had been in Washington as a senator for several WEEKS when he launched his presidential campaign.

Where "this and that" means the entirety of the federal government. If you can't lead nectar a few members of your own party disagree with a few things, you can't lead. It's time for someone who can lead.
Reagan and Clinton both had a congress controlled by the opposite party and they managed to lead. If Obama can't even lead his own party (and he's utterly failed to do so) he's not presidential material, period.
