Just give him a deadline for FED EXing the check back to you. Or for that matter a wire or ACH can happen within hours.
Checks take too long to clear. If you didn't get the money back as agreed then that would have been the appropriate time to post this in my opinion.

Honestly i have NO trouble with the 6 weeks... I mean i've been pleanty busy ..... It's just that now he says that he can't produce what he sold me, after i've waited for it... And on top of it, claims that he's going to waste money on his most likely non-existent lawyer on my giving him a deadline.... It smelled fishy.... REALLY fishy.... so i made the thread
