It appeared to carry over the right PA and CA ids and sub-account to the join form for me in my test. But are you sure you didn't use a site like signbucks.com before you joined the sponsor? I ask because they used to stuff a cookie and I used to see their PA come up in my tests after joining from their site and think the sponsor was cheating before I figured out that a 3 day cookie with their PA was already set and this was causing my PA not to appear on the join form when testing.

It is also possible for a sponsor to hardcode the PA or change the CA or subaccount (with grouping off) to avoid crediting affiliates. For the ones which dynamically load the form first through a php script it would be possible in theory to shave a certain percentage off using tricks (90% it goes to the normal form, 10% hardcoded with their own PA). I'm not saying that's happening here though. Just something to watch for. CCBill isn't shave proof as some believe.

I would copy the existing ccbill cookies you have now somewhere and then use a clean profile or another browser for any other tests. Make sure no previous cookie exists to be sure.
