P.S. I'm not trying either to protect or attack his themes because I don't know him personally. I just wonder why do you think that a free theme (script) is a bad sign?
For example, take a look at http://www.cyberseo.net/category/dow...press-plugins/
1) all scripts there are absolutely free;
2) there is a privacy protect on WHOIS info;
3) the author (me) is Russian.
So what?

Has nothing to do with it being a 'Free Theme' it is because anyone who is even half ass serious would not go through that much trouble to hide their business. The fact I have dealt with their 95.211.x.x. (leaseweb hosted) domain servers over the past 2 years (mostly RBN scammers) is enough for me to ask a few simple questions....which I did.
His response to my questions is enough for me to stay away from anything they offer.....
Now....if someone can look into that javascript file they include with all their theme template files and prove me wrong...then so be it. I'm not a javascript expert.
Nevertheless....I downloaded one of their themes and will test it out on a locally hosted version of WP and see what is what....
