Canada Psychoanalyzed :
Canada has a "little man's" complex. This mental defect is similar in some ways to the behavior of your typical Chihuahua dog. The dog knows that it's an irrelevant ratlike creature that, at best, could inflict a nasty nip on the ankle of a human being. This doesn't stop (in fact, it encourage) aggressive behavior.
However, Canadians aren't as brave as Chihuahuas. They're nauseatingly servile in person (they like to pretend that this is being "polite", but the difference between genuine politeness and boot-licking subservience is obvious to anyone), but engage in psychotic rage any time they believe that they're safe from retribution (e.g. on a BBS).
Canadians also have sociopathic tendencies. The ideas of "honor" and "duty" are meaningless to them. Witness their readiness to stab their long-time protector, the United States, in the back at every turn.
It's become painfully clear that this disease of Canadian society has no cure. At this stage, the only options are a) eliminate Canada altogether, just as one would a rabid skunk or b) isolate Canada, limiting the possibility that this infection will spread to the United States.
It looks like the Bush administration is leaning towards b) at the moment.
