I want to work directly with a designer, not someone that outsources to other designers.

I've another guy that is really good but communication hasn't been that prompt lately and I can't do business like that (i.e., having to wait 3 days for a response).

I need about 3 custom pages (homepage, step 1, step 2, checkout)... more details to the qualified.
