He's going to walk because the cops found enough injuries NOT to book him as these same cops will testify in court saying so. Second, Florida is a red state as this trial will be used to drum up black people saying stupid reverse racism things during an election year for a black president. Finally, he will need an overwhelmingly majority to be found guilty. So if there is one Latino or white person on the jury, he'll walk.
