Its going to hinge on Zimmermans word and thats IF he testifies which I doubt he would. Hes going to have to produce some kind of video evidence almost to justify the shooting I think. And he can probably thank his police force and/or DA for leaking every damaging thing to the media so far. Not a good way to go about criminal case.
