So do you think in general, black / white racial harmony can exist in the USA?
For what it's worth here is my
1 to 1 : sure .. even I have black friends. (but I never get together with them as a group)
1 to many: Nope Why: Because some of the stereotypes on both sides are true & intolerable to the other.
Many to one: Nope. same reason as above.
Many to Many: Nope. same reason as above
And the more race issues are raised the deeper the divide becomes... on both sides.
Just look at the rhetoric in the Brittany Watts murder or the Brian Nichols case.
"Brian Nichols wanted to start a race war, believing that Black males were being unfairly incarcerated by an evil society bent on maintaining white supremacy. In actuality, it's just Black people's ? primarily Black males? ?predilection for breaking the law that sees them incarcerated in such disproportionate numbers."
That one little paragraph says it all IMO. Truths & deep seeded animosities. It may be unfortunate but it is true.
