Because these "outrages" happen damn near every time a white person kills a black person. If they're so outraged by it then why aren't they outraged by their own crimes against each other?

From the sound of it, he wasn't even sure that the kid was black... hence the "I think" part of his answer to the police. But then, I guess no one should report suspicious behavior now right? because god forbid the person being reported just happened to be black.
