CCBill's backend tools like data link are head and shoulders above the rest. These are the things you may not notice at first, but when you try to do something beyond the basics later it can really make a difference. Even something as simple as adjusting it to use modern encryption for passwords can be very difficult with other billers. With CCBill it is ten minutes from start to finished and tested. Their system is just far better engineered and more feature rich, allowing for things like variable prices.
I would double check with about the European LLC. If you open an account for the LLC and show proof that the LLC is in Europe, it may not matter where a member of the LLC is. Don't ask about an account for someone outside of Europe who has a Europe LLC, ask about an account for an LLC in Europe. The LLC happens to have a member outside of Europe, but the account is for the LLC, not for the person.
If the LLC may run into similar problems in the future, it could add a minority partner, even a 1% member, who is in Europe. That's a key element of what an LLC is for - to provide a structure for multiple people ("members") to have a business together.
