The Japs have a simple saying:
警察は日本最大の暴力団。
keisatsu wa nihon saidai no bouryokudan.
Translation: the police are the biggest organized crime group in Japan.
Think American cops are bad? Imagine if they were all 5ft 2 with tiny yellow rice cocks and could do whatever the fuck they wanted (and I mean ANYTHING) without any repercussions at all. And there you have the Jap cops.
