ICQ will not post URLs unless the person sending is on your list ...
This is one of the MANY reasons I switched to Skype in 2005 ... sent a mass message to all my contacts telling them how they can get hold of me (skype, phone, email, SMS, BBM ...) and have never looked back!!!
