Charly, the APIC flamers are not talking about someone proven guilty of infringement. They're talking about the random harassing emails and threats to sponsors and hosts about a perfectly legitimate webmaster. Long BEFORE any actual infringement is determined. Whether you believe it or not, they do it ALL THE TIME.
