so this is what I'm gonna smoke ...
took a piece of heavy foil, layered down butter, some garlic, and red onions...
then boneless beef ribs with a splash of VOO... course grind salt and black pepper, pinch of chipotle chili powder and closed the foil up. not to tight but nothing will leak out the bottom... have it sitting in the fridge..
tomorrow I'll pull it out, get the stuff to room temp and then pop it in the oven for an hour, maybe hour and 1/2 at 350, then pop it in the smoker at 220, with the foil opened for about 3 hours or so...
do ya think it's gonna work??
