I'm sorry but if you own domains that are not worth $100 a year to you. That's your problem.
As the .xxx isn't much use. I advise those who can't afford $100 not to buy one. If your business model is buying 10s or 100s of domains. The cost of business for .xxx got got expensive. so don't buy them, they're not likely to make money in the long run. IMO
Let's assume .xxx hangs around a few years. Those who think it's clever to buy a few dozen and renew them each year are funding the possibility of them lasting, while gambling they will be of use in 2-4 years down the line. So as an example
Said Domain broker has 30 .xxx domains @ $100 a year for 4 years. = $12,000 on a gamble paid to the ass holes who came up with this scheme.
He may end up with worthless paper, he might end up with a healthy profit. If he can't afford to lose the money, it's his problem.
If he's bought the domains to work them, $100 is peanuts.
