Drink a glass of water between each drink, in the morning have a cup of coffee and a healthy smoothy filled with fruits, yogurt, milk, ice. Have a cool shower and get some type of exercise. I simply take my dog for a 45-60 minute walk everyday.
Seems to work for me. I may not be in amazing shape (I work at a computer 12-16 hours a day) but I feel great most days. I love beer too much to give it up. I drink it almost every evening.
