Seems to me a man was playing basketball with his daughter when an armed man crossed the street to confront the man about a very minor problem. No, the black guy walked over to 12 year old kid who was skateboarding yelling profanity and showing his gun. The Marine went out there and tried to stop fine black man. Then fine black man shot him.
