Fuck that nonsense. We aren't gorillas fighting in the forest, we are human beings and our best tools for defending ourselves aren't our hands. You can keep trying to hit someone with your hands to hurt them but me on the other hand will use the technology inside a gun to deliver a much more effective blow.
If I have a gun and someone punches me then damn right I'm going to shoot them. I might not aim for the head but hey I might aim and hit the head I wouldn't see anything wrong with it as long as I was minding my business and someone attacked me.
If I don't have a gun sure I'll use my hands but that's only after I've looked around and seen that there weren't any knives, rusty screwdrivers or glass that I could use.

I think a mob is totally different. But you have as much right to life, liberty, and property as the next guy. No one should be allowed to deprive you by for example: walking to the store, following and chasing you, cutting you off, questioning you, threatening you with a gun. I think you have all rights to protect your space and family.

Obviously in the case of the guy following someone and confronting them and then shooting them it should be illegal.
