The cases are eerily similar, I wanted justice for both victims. I dont believe deadly force was necessary or appropriate in either case. Dooley looked fine for someone who had been choked by a much bigger and stronger man. If James wife wanted too she can cause a shit storm, however Ill never judge a victim on their actions following a traumatic event. At least in this case it was broad daylight and witnesses who saw that his hands was on his arms.
